In this sweet and creative workshop, kids will bring together art and sewing with an adorable corgi pup & café-inspired theme! Students will start by painting a canvas of a corgi dog in a Frappuccino—complete with whipped cream and lots of personality. We’ll guide them step-by-step through color mixing, brush techniques, and creative details so every painting feels unique and fun.
After painting, kids will switch gears and learn basic sewing machine skills as they create their own Pup-puccino pillow—a soft, plush corgi cup that’s perfect for cuddling or decorating their room.
PREREQUISITE: None. Beginners ages 6+ are welcome. The Sewing Machine Basics will be included in the camp ($15 savings)

Sewing Machine Basics included: The Sewing Machine Basics prerequisite is for any student who has never taken a class at A Sewing Studio and any past student who has not returned to the studio within the last 6 months. This crash-course will teach the sewing machine basics & include some sewing exercises to prepare you for the workshop. Sewing projects & fabrics may be replaced with similar ones without notice. They will all still be absolutely cute, of course! Fees are not refundable or transferable for cancellations or non-attendance.
Pup-puccino Paint & Sew, March 14, 9:30a-12:30p, 3 hours

- This is a strictly drop-off type of activity. Only enrolled campers are allowed in the studio during camp time.
- All sewing projects are made using a sewing machine.
- Open to children ages 7-16.
- Boys are also welcome to join. If applicable, masculine fabric or alternative project may be used.
- All supplies are included. For sewing, most fabric is pre-cut for faster completion.
- We will make every effort to support campers in completing all projects. Please note that completion may vary based on individual ability and time management, and not all projects are guaranteed to be finished during class time.
- Some projects may be replaced with similar ones without notice. Fabrics will vary.
